- Generate or send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or content that violates the terms of the platforms you post to;
- Impersonate any person or organisation, or generate misleading content about real people;
- Upload or generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the underlying AI systems.
8. Outreach features
ProBoomAi's "Trending People" and "Find the Right Contact" features draft personalised outreach messages for you to review and send yourself. ProBoomAi does not send messages on your behalf. You're responsible for how you use any draft, and for complying with applicable marketing and communications law (e.g. UK PECR/GDPR rules on unsolicited electronic communications) in how you use it.
9. Third-party AI and data providers
